Reboot your computer
Please try rebooting your computer before you call. Many of the issues you may be experiencing are caused by system problems rather than software problems. Often a reboot will fix the problem.
Have the neccessary information available
Have the following information available:
- Product version (if you do not know your product version, select the Help menu and choose About)
- Operating system version
- Specific information about the problem you are experiencing
